Grief & Bereavement Support Groups
Many of the grief support resources listed below are free of charge or offer some type of free service, program or group to support you in your grief. If you’re looking for local groups in your area, please check your local community centre, hospital, hospice, ‘self-help’ groups on “Meetup.com”, bulletin boards at your local cafe, or place of worship.
If you are seeing a therapist, they may also have resources for you.
Feel free to write us if you have any questions. We’re happy to help, direct or refer you to the free resources you’re looking for: hello@thecounterstory.com
